LET'S TALK ABOUT LOVE - HE IS TWENTY FIVE YEARS OLDER THAN HER...
And so what? What has love got to do with age? Is it so wrong to fall in love with someone who is decades older than you? Are there rules and regulations for love that talks about age differences?
Love is a beautiful thing shared by two people...just two and nothing, absolutely nothing matters but their heart.
Why is there a general perception that a lady dating a man who is way older than her is a gold digger or after the man's money? Why do people call her derogatory names just because her lover is older than her? Cynthia tells me that she loves her man who is two decades and a half older than her, not because he is rich but because he treats her like no man has ever done. He literally worships the ground that she walks on, he puts her first in everything and he treats her like the queen she is. Now what is wrong with a love like theirs?
Kwame dates a woman who is ten years his senior, he has every intention to take this woman to the altar because she is the only woman who has loved him unconditionally after going through a series of heartbreaks. He is not perturbed by what society thinks, all that matters to him is that his woman loves him and he even loves her more. Does this make Kwame a bad person? Does this mean that he has an ulterior motive towards a woman who has done nothing but to love him when all his ex girlfriends who were in his so called age group broke his heart?
Can we just let two people in love be without us running our mouths and trying to bad mouth their relationship or union? Our society needs to stop being judgmental towards couples with age gaps, truth is it's nobody's business. When it comes to love you don't have an opinion about who the person chooses to be with. We have no control over who we fall in love with, truth is it can happen to anyone. We need to respect people's decisions and wish them well.
Always remember that: Love doesn't care. Love doesn't ask why. Love isn't blind but it chooses to ignore but most importantly, Love is beautiful and it shouldn't be questioned.

YOU ARE MISSING OUT BIG TIME IF YOU HAVEN'T WATCHED THIS GHANAIAN MOVIE: NTETEYE PA
Well I'm not going to rate this one or give out stars because I wrote this one! Yes, the script and screenplay! LOL
NTETEYE PA elaborates on the lives of two sisters, Irene (Nana Ama Macbrown) and Pomaah (Emelia Brobbey). Though raised in the same home, the two sisters are very different as the older one, Irene, believes that beauty is everything and all you need in life. Meanwhile the other sister, Pomaah is very hard working and humble as she learns all that she needs to know to be the ideal woman that any husband would wish for.
Irene goes through a series of relationships because of her inability to cook whiles her younger sister enjoys her marriage with her very wealthy husband.
The movie puts together the finest cast such as Nana Ama Macbrown, Emelia Brobbey, Bill Asamoah, Kwadwo Nkansah (Lil Win), Grace Omaboe, Bishop Bernard Nyarko and many more.
If you are a Nana Ama Macbrown fan then this is one for you! She brought her A game and you would fall in love with her all over again in this movie.
And it's absolutely refreshing to see Grace Omaboe aka Maame Dokono back on the screens doing what we know her to do best.
This comedy drama will make you laugh your head off. This is a must watch movie, grab a copy now!

ONE REASON WHY YOU WOULD LOVE DAMILOLA ATTOH
THE FLOWER GIRL! How did I miss out on this 2013 blockbuster? It might be a three or more years old movie but it certainly doesn't feel like it! Thanks ROK for making my night!
Damilola stars as Kemi Williams a florist who gets dumped by her long time boyfriend. She then teams up with a Nollywood playboy, Tunde Kulani (Blossom Chukwujeku) to make her ex boyfriend jealous.
Damilola Attoh's performance is top notch and you can't help but fall in love with her adorable and lovable character. I had so much fun watching her and you will definitely enjoy her comic side.
The movie boasts of a fine cast such as Chris Attoh, Damilola Attoh (then Adegbite), Blossoms Chukwujeku and Patrick Doyle.
I must say though that the set designer did a horrible job with Tunde Kulani's bedroom, I mean come on, the character is a huge movie star yet he had a ghetto like bedroom. What was going on with those satin bedspreads? Really?
However, the cast was perfect but my only problem was with the character Stella, Kemi's best friend played by Bikiya Graham. An annoying and cliche character.
The Flower Girl is a good movie and one would be able to ignore the fact that the story-line is awfully familiar which gets you thinking about those Hollywood romantic comedy movies.
I will give this movie four stars out of five and I must say again that Damilola was flawless, everything on point! Her performance and looks. I need to see more of her movies!

MOVIE REVIEW: STOLEN WATERS
So somewhere last week I tuned in to one of my favorite channels on DSTV, ROK (I think they are doing an absolutely great job) and chanced on the movie STOLEN WATERS.
one of the reasons why I decided to watch the movie was because Nse Ikpe Etim was part of the cast and I totally love her. I would watch any damn movie with her in it because I think she is perfect at what she does, a fantastic actor.
The movie is about two very wealthy and influential families which are both drowned in scandals and dark secrets. Part of the cast included the producer, Mary Remmy, Keppy Ekpeyong, Blossom Chukwujeku, Nse Ikpe Etim etc.
You would absolutely love the flawless performance of Nse Ikpe Etim as she interprets so well her role of the step daughter who hates her step sister and blackmails her step father. You might just think she is the villain at the beginning of the movie but there is an interesting twist to the plot.
Another interesting revelation is made about Mary Remmy who plays the role of Lizzie and her father in law as events unfolds. this one is a shocker as Mary plays the role of the good one in most movies she features in.
The movie comes to a tragic end as dark damaging secrets are brought to light.
I would give this movie four out of five stars but not before I ask these questions:
How the hell did Lizzie's mother looked so good with her usual make up and polished self after the news of the death of her daughter got to her? This could have been an over sight but...well.
And it seems Lizzie and her father in law wanted to be caught considering where they were caught.
(Being careful not to give out too much info lol)
Tune in to ROK on DSTV channel 168 and watch some of the best movies made in Africa.
